If you are traveling by car and are already in Deosai National Park, start from the Deosai National Park entrance. Drive towards the Sheosar Lake, which is approximately 30 kilometers from the main entrance. Follow the Deosai Park Road (also known as Deosai Road), which is a well-maintained gravel road. As you drive, enjoy the stunning scenery, including vast plateaus and wildlife. The lake is well-signposted, and you should look out for the signs pointing towards Sheosar Lake. The journey will take about one hour depending on road conditions.

Public Transportation
There are limited public transportation options directly to Sheosar Lake. However, you can take a jeep service from Skardu, which is the closest city and about 30 kilometers away from the Deosai National Park entrance. From Skardu, hire a local jeep to take you to the park. The jeep fare can vary, but you should expect to pay around 3000-4000 PKR (approximately $15-25) for a round trip. Once you reach the park, inform the driver that you want to go to Sheosar Lake. The driver will take you along the Deosai Park Road, which is approximately a one-hour drive to the lake. Note that jeep services are often shared, so be prepared for possible delays.

For the adventurous, if you are already near Sheosar Lake and want to explore the area on foot, there are several trails leading to the lake. Depending on your location in the park, you can hike for about 2-3 hours to reach the lake.
