Walking
From Gilgit, head towards the bus station located near the Gilgit River. Board a local bus or jeep heading towards Hunza. Inform the driver you want to get off at Gulmit. The journey will take approximately 2-3 hours. Once you reach the Gulmit area, ask locals for directions to the waterfall, which is about a 20-minute walk from the main road. Follow the path that leads towards the hills; you will find signs or local guides who can assist you further.
Trekking
If you are feeling adventurous, you can trek from Gilgit to Gulmit. Begin your trek by following the N-35 Road towards Hunza. The trek is challenging but offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Approximately 15 kilometers in, you will reach a viewpoint overlooking the Hunza Valley. Continue along the trail until you reach Gulmit village. From the village, follow the local paths leading to the waterfall, which is about a 30-minute trek from the village center.
