Walking
If you are in the center of Gilgit city, start at the Gilgit Bus Stand. Walk south towards the main road, and then head east along the Karakoram Highway. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the Pissan Road. Turn left onto Pissan Road and walk for approximately 5 kilometers. You will pass by several small shops and local eateries along the way. The Royal Garden Hotel is located on the right side of the road once you enter Pissan, Nagar Khas.
Rickshaw
From the Gilgit Bus Stand, you can hire a rickshaw to take you to Royal Garden Hotel. Tell the driver to take you to Pissan, Nagar Khas. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. The driver will take you via the Karakoram Highway, and then onto Pissan Road. Keep an eye out on the right side for the hotel as you arrive in Pissan.
Local Transport
You can take a local minibus from the Gilgit Bus Stand heading towards Nagar. Make sure to inform the conductor that you want to get off at Pissan. The journey will take around 30 minutes. Once you reach Pissan, walk along Pissan Road, and the Royal Garden Hotel will be located on your right.
