Getting There

Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest major town, such as Boquete or David. From Boquete, head east on the main road (Pan-American Highway, Route 1) towards David. Once you reach David, take the exit for Route 10 towards Volcán. Continue on Route 10 until you reach the junction for Los Naranjos. Follow signs to Los Naranjos. Once in Los Naranjos, look for signs directing you to Las Tres Cascadas. The entrance is approximately 15 minutes from the town center. Note that the road may be unpaved and can be bumpy, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. There is an entry fee of $10 per person to access the waterfalls.

Public Transportation
To reach The Lost Waterfalls using public transportation, start from Boquete or David. From either location, take a bus to Volcán; buses leave frequently and the fare is around $3. Once in Volcán, you will need to transfer to a local taxi or a shared taxi (known as 'taxi colectivo') to Los Naranjos. The taxi ride will cost approximately $10-15 and will take about 30 minutes. Upon arrival in Los Naranjos, follow the signs to Las Tres Cascadas. Be prepared for a short hike to the entrance, and remember to bring cash for the $10 entry fee.
