Getting There

Walking
If you are in the center of Portobelo, start at the main square by the church (Iglesia de San Felipe). Head northeast on Avenida de los Mártires for about 500 meters until you reach the coast. At the coast, turn right and follow the road along the water. Continue for approximately 1 kilometer, enjoying the view of the bay. You will see signs pointing towards Playa Blanca. The beach is located on your left, and you can easily access it from the road.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Portobelo. Start by heading towards Avenida de los Mártires and ride northeast for about 500 meters until you reach the coast. Once you reach the coastline, turn right and cycle along the coastal road for about 1 kilometer. Look for the signs for Playa Blanca on your left.
