Walking
If you are in the center of Portobelo, start at the main square by the church (Iglesia de San Felipe). Head northeast on Avenida de los Mártires for about 500 meters until you reach the coast. At the coast, turn right and follow the road along the water. Continue for approximately 1 kilometer, enjoying the view of the bay. You will see signs pointing towards Playa Blanca. The beach is located on your left, and you can easily access it from the road.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Portobelo. Start by heading towards Avenida de los Mártires and ride northeast for about 500 meters until you reach the coast. Once you reach the coastline, turn right and cycle along the coastal road for about 1 kilometer. Look for the signs for Playa Blanca on your left. The ride should be enjoyable with scenic views of the ocean.

From the center of Portobelo, walk to the bus stop located near the main square. Look for a bus heading to Playa Blanca. The buses are usually mini-vans or small buses that run frequently throughout the day. Once on board, the ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Ask the driver to let you know when to get off for Playa Blanca. This will drop you off near the entrance to the beach.
