If you are starting from the main square in Portobelo, head east along Calle 1ra. Once you reach the intersection with Calle Genea, turn left. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes until you see the Royal Customs House on your right. It is located at H83V+HMH, Calle Genea.

From the Portobelo National Park entrance, head back towards the main road. Turn right onto Calle 1ra and walk straight for approximately 10 minutes. When you reach the intersection with Calle Genea, turn left, and you will find the Royal Customs House a short distance ahead on your right.

If you are at the Fort San Lorenzo, exit the fort and walk towards the main road. Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking for about 15 minutes. You will arrive at the intersection with Calle Genea. Turn right, and the Royal Customs House will be on your right shortly after.
