Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from the city of Veraguas, start by heading southwest on the main road towards Calobre. Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the fork in the road. At the fork, take the left route towards Las Guías. After about 5 kilometers, you will see signs for La Puente on your right. Turn off and follow the signs for another 2 kilometers until you arrive at your destination. Ensure your vehicle has enough fuel, as gas stations may be sparse in rural areas.

• Public Transportation

  To reach La Puente via public transportation, start at the main bus station in Veraguas. Look for buses heading towards Calobre or Las Guías. The fare is usually around $2.50. The bus ride may take around 1 hour, depending on traffic and stops. Inform the driver that you want to get off at La Puente. Once you arrive, you may need to walk approximately 2 kilometers to reach the scenic spot. Be sure to check the bus schedule for return trips, as they may not run frequently.
