Getting There

• Car

  From Concepción Forest, take Route 5 south towards the city of Concepción. Drive for about 40 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 3. Turn left onto Route 3 and continue for approximately 25 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Ybycuí National Park. The park entrance is located at Minas Kue 091609. Make sure to have a map or GPS as some parts of the road may not be well marked. There is typically no entrance fee for the park, but it's good to check for any updates.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Ybycuí National Park using public transportation, first take a bus from Concepción to the city of Concepción. Buses are available frequently from the main bus terminal. Upon arrival in Concepción, look for a bus heading to Ybycuí or a taxi that can take you directly to the park. The bus fare is usually around 15,000 PYG (Paraguayan Guarani). Inform the bus driver of your destination to ensure you get off at the correct stop near the park entrance at Minas Kue 091609.

  If you prefer a more direct route, consider hiring a taxi or using a ride-sharing service from Concepción Forest to Ybycuí National Park. This option may be more expensive, typically ranging from 200,000 to 300,000 PYG depending on your starting point and negotiation with the driver. Ensure that you agree on the fare before starting your journey. The ride should take around 1-1.5 hours depending on traffic and road conditions.
