Follow the signs for Culp's Hill. The Observation Tower will be on your right after approximately 0.7 miles of walking.

Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Baltimore Street (US-15). Turn left and follow Baltimore Street for about 0.5 miles. You will see signs for the Gettysburg National Military Park. Continue past the Visitor Center and follow the signs to Culp's Hill. The Observation Tower is located about 1.5 miles from the Visitor Center.
