After approximately 7 hours of driving, you will reach the city of Trujillo. Once in Trujillo, follow the signs to Huanchaco, which is about 12 kilometers from the city center. Upon reaching Huanchaco, navigate to Av. Mansiche. The museum is located at VWXM+XPM, Av. Mansiche, Huanchaco 13011. There is parking available near the museum.

To reach Chan Chan Site Museum by public transportation, start from Huaraz and take a bus to Trujillo. The bus ride will take around 7 hours. Once in Trujillo, you can take a local taxi or a colectivo (shared taxi) to Huanchaco. The taxi ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once in Huanchaco, ask the driver to take you to Av. Mansiche, where the museum is located at VWXM+XPM, Av. Mansiche, Huanchaco 13011. Be prepared to pay for the taxi fare, which should be around 10-15 soles.
