Car
If you are driving from Chachapoyas, take the PE-3N highway heading north. Continue on this road until you reach the town of Cuispes. Once in Cuispes, follow the signs to Yumbilla Falls. The waterfall is approximately 15 kilometers from Cuispes, and the road is generally well-maintained but may have some rough patches. Keep an eye out for road signs indicating the direction to the falls. There is no direct parking at the falls, so you may need to park in a designated area and walk approximately 10-15 minutes to the entrance.

From Chachapoyas, you can take a minibus to Cuispes. The buses leave regularly from the main bus terminal. Once you arrive in Cuispes, you can either hire a taxi or look for a local colectivo (shared taxi) that can take you closer to Yumbilla Falls. Note that the colectivo might drop you off at a certain point, and you will need to walk the remaining distance of about 10-15 minutes to reach the falls.
