If you have a rental car, start from Cusco and head south on Route 3S towards Sicuani. After approximately 2 hours, take a left onto Route 30D towards Tinki. Continue for about 1.5 hours until you reach Tinki. Here, you can park your car and prepare for the trek. Follow the signs for the Ausangate Trek, and hike towards Bosque de Piedras. The trail is well-marked, but expect to hike approximately 4-5 hours to reach your destination.
