Ask the driver to drop you off near Plaza de Armas, which is a well-known landmark. From Plaza de Armas, it's a short walk to C. Maruri 324. Head east on Calle Garcilaso, then turn left onto C. Maruri. The museum should be on your right.

For a more direct route, hail a taxi from anywhere in Cusco. Communicate your destination by saying 'C. Maruri 324, por favor'. If you are already in the vicinity of Centro Histórico, you can simply walk to Kusicancha. From Plaza de Armas, head southeast down Calle Garcilaso for about 5 minutes, then turn left onto C. Maruri.
