If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the nearest major town, which is Tinki. From Tinki, head towards Ausangate by taking the road that leads southeast. It is approximately a 1.5 to 2-hour drive, covering about 30 kilometers. The road is mostly unpaved, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Once you arrive in the central area of Ausangate, look for Anexo Pukarumi; Ausangate Adventure is located there. Parking may be available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Ausangate Adventure using public transportation, take a bus from Cusco to Tinki. Buses depart frequently from the main terminal in Cusco, and the journey takes around 3 to 4 hours.
