Car
If you are driving from Cusco, take the road towards Mollepata. The journey is approximately 3 hours (about 100 km). Once in Mollepata, follow the signs to the trailhead for the Choquequirao Trek. The parking area is located near the town center. Please note that some areas may require a 4x4 vehicle due to rough terrain.

Public Transportation
From Cusco, take a bus or collectivo to Mollepata. The bus journey takes about 3 hours and costs around 15-20 PEN. Once you arrive in Mollepata, you can either walk to the trailhead (approximately 20-30 minutes) or hire a taxi for about 10-15 PEN to reach the starting point of the Choquequirao Trek.

Trekking
After reaching the Choquequirao Trek starting point, hike towards Ruinas de Choquechurco. The trek is challenging and can take several hours depending on your pace. Make sure to carry enough water and snacks, as there are no facilities along the route. Follow the main trekking path towards the ruins, and look for signs indicating the direction to Ruinas de Choquechurco.
