Walking
From the main square, Plaza de Armas, head northeast along Calle Mantas. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida El Sol. Turn left onto Avenida El Sol and walk for about 5 minutes. You will see a sign for Plaza San Cristobal; follow the signs uphill. The path is a slightly steep incline, but it is well-marked. After approximately 10 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Plaza San Cristobal, where the Mirador de San Cristobal is located.
Walking
If you are near San Pedro Market, exit the market and head south on Avenida San Pedro. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calle Santa Teresa. Turn left onto Calle Santa Teresa and follow it as it turns into a stairway leading uphill. This will take you directly to Plaza San Cristobal. The walk should take around 15 minutes.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Plaza de Armas, take a local bus heading towards San Cristobal. Buses are usually blue and labeled with their destinations. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Plaza San Cristobal. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you get off the bus, follow the signs to the observation deck.
