Walking
If you are starting from the main square (Plaza de Armas) in Cusco, head south on Calle del Medio until you reach Avenida El Sol. Turn right onto Avenida El Sol and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass by various shops and restaurants. Keep an eye out for the sign for 4th Street (Calle Cuarta) on your right. Turn right onto 4th Street and continue walking until you reach Naupa Iglesia (Choquequilla) at number 6.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Plaza de Armas, walk to the nearest bus stop at Avenida El Sol. Take a bus heading towards La Salle. Make sure to ask the driver if he stops at 4th Street (Calle Cuarta). Once you get off the bus, head straight for a couple of minutes until you reach 4th Street. Turn right and walk down the street until you find Naupa Iglesia (Choquequilla) at 4th Street 6.
Taxi (Collective Taxi)
From Plaza de Armas, find a collective taxi stand. You can share a ride with other passengers to your destination. Tell the driver you want to go to Naupa Iglesia (Choquequilla) at 4th Street 6 in LaSalle. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. After getting dropped off, walk straight ahead for a short distance, and you will see the church.
