Carlos was phenomenal, from the market tour where he gave us the opportunity to taste all the products purchased, explaining both flavors and historical notes with great passion and friendliness. An outstanding tasting experience.
Our host Christina was really special. There was a small scheduling issue with Viator, but Christina game my daughter and me a private tasting experience. She was very knowledgeable and adept. I'm a fairly confident home bar-tender, but pretty ignorant about the varieties of pisco. Not only did we learn a lot, but our host was gracious enough to entertain my suggestions. There was a large collection of pisco infusions to use in our drinks and we took advantage. Highly recommended.
