If you are driving from a location within Huascarán National Park, head towards the town of Yungay. Follow the main road (PE-3N) towards the northwest. After approximately 30 km, you will reach Yungay. From Yungay, continue on the V765 road for another 10 km until you see signs for Huascarán Laguna de Llanganuco National Park. Be prepared for a scenic drive with views of the surrounding mountains.

To reach Huascarán Laguna de Llanganuco National Park via public transportation, start by taking a bus from Huaraz to Yungay. Buses leave regularly from Huaraz's main bus terminal and the journey takes about 1 hour. Once in Yungay, you can find local transport (taxis or shared vans) that go directly to the park entrance. The cost for the bus ticket is around 10-15 soles, and local transport may cost about 5-10 soles.
