If you're driving from Puno, Peru, head north on Route 3S towards the border with Bolivia. You'll need to reach the town of Copacabana, which is about 150 km from Puno. Once in Copacabana, park your car in one of the designated parking areas as cars are not allowed on Isla del Sol. From Copacabana, you will take a boat to Isla del Sol.
