Walking
From the entrance of Machu Picchu, head towards the main path leading down to Aguas Calientes. Follow the signs for Aguas Calientes and continue walking downhill for about 30 minutes until you reach the town. Once in Aguas Calientes, look for the signs pointing to the bus station or the train station. From Aguas Calientes, you can take a local bus or walk to the train station to catch a train to Urubamba.
Bus
After you arrive in Aguas Calientes, head to the bus station located near the train station. Purchase a ticket for a bus that goes to Urubamba. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Urubamba, disembark at the main square and ask locals for directions to Jirón Palacio 342, which is a short walking distance from the square.
Train
From Aguas Calientes, walk to the train station and purchase a ticket for a train to Urubamba. The train ride will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Urubamba train station, exit the station, and you can either walk or take a taxi to Jirón Palacio 342. If walking, head towards the main road and follow the signs to the market area.
