After about 10 kilometers, look for signs directing you to Carretera a Chankillo. Turn onto Carretera a Chankillo, and continue for approximately 14 kilometers. You will see signs for Complejo Astronómico Chankillo along the way. The site will be on your right as you approach.

    To reach Complejo Astronómico Chankillo using public transportation, first take a bus from Casma to the town of Chankillo. Buses are available from the main bus terminal in Casma, and the journey takes about 30 minutes.
