Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from the city of Ica, take Av. José de la Riva Agüero towards the Huacachina Oasis. Follow the signs directing you to Huacachina, which is approximately 4 km away from Ica city center. Once you arrive in Huacachina, look for Balneario de, where Ecocamp Huacachina is located. Parking is available in the area, but spaces can be limited during peak tourist seasons.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  From Ica, head to the main bus terminal (Terminal Terrestre de Ica). Take a local bus that heads to Huacachina. The fare is typically around 5-10 soles (1.50-3 USD). The bus ride takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Huacachina, walk towards Balneario de; Ecocamp Huacachina is located along this road. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions if needed.

• Taxi

  You can also take a taxi from Ica to Huacachina, which will cost you around 20-30 soles (5-8 USD) depending on your negotiation skills. Make sure to agree on a price before starting your journey. The taxi ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once in Huacachina, direct your driver to Balneario de, and they will drop you off near Ecocamp Huacachina.

• Walking

  If you choose to walk from Ica, it is about a 4 km distance to Huacachina. Start from the city center and walk towards the direction of the Huacachina Oasis. The walk will take around 1 hour. Once you arrive in Huacachina, navigate to Balneario de to reach Ecocamp Huacachina.
