If you are in the central area of Puno, start by heading towards Plaza de Armas, the main square. From the Plaza, exit towards Avenida Lima. Continue straight for about 3 blocks until you reach the intersection with Jr. Moquegua. Turn right onto Jr. Moquegua and walk for about 5 more blocks. Ricos Pan will be on your left at Jr. Moquegua 326.

Find a minibus stop near Plaza de Armas. Look for a minibus heading towards 'Urb. Barrio Central'. Board the minibus, and ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Jr. Moquegua. Once you get off, walk back towards Jr. Moquegua and turn left. Ricos Pan will be on your left at Jr. Moquegua 326, just a short walk away.
Taxi (on foot to taxi stop)
Head to the nearest taxi stand, commonly found around Plaza de Armas or main streets. Once you find a taxi, tell the driver 'Ricos Pan, Jr. Moquegua 326'. The driver will take you there directly. Note: Always confirm the fare before getting in, and ensure the taxi is a registered one.
