Car
If you are driving from Cusco, take Avenida de la Cultura heading north. Follow the signs for Sacsayhuamán. The road will eventually lead you to the entrance of the Q'enco Archaeological Complex. It's about a 15-minute drive from the center of Cusco to the site. Be sure to park in the designated areas near the entrance, as street parking may not be available.
Public Transportation (Taxi)
To reach Q'enco via taxi, simply hail a taxi in Cusco and tell the driver you want to go to Q'enco Archaeological Complex. The fare should be around 15-25 soles, depending on your starting point and the negotiation skills. The journey will take about 15 minutes.

From the main square in Cusco, you can take a collectivo (shared taxi) to Sacsayhuamán. These collectivos leave from the area around Avenida del Sol. The fare is usually around 3-5 soles. Once you arrive at Sacsayhuamán, you can either walk (approximately 30 minutes) to Q'enco or take a short taxi ride.

If you are at Sacsayhuamán, you can walk to Q'enco. The walk is a moderate hike through scenic areas, and it takes about 30 minutes. Follow the trail signs that lead you downhill towards the Q'enco site. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the way!
