From Ollantaytambo, board a train to Aguas Calientes. This entire trip can take around 12-14 hours depending on connections and waiting times. After arriving in Aguas Calientes, purchase your entrance ticket to Machu Picchu (around 60-70 soles) and hike to the Temple of the Moon from the entrance, which will take about 2-3 hours.
