Car

If you are driving, take the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) from Metro Manila. Continue on NLEX and then merge onto the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX). Follow the SCTEX until you reach Tarlac City, then take the exit towards McArthur Highway and head north. Continue on McArthur Highway until you reach the junction for Ilocos Sur. Follow the signs towards Santa, Ilocos Sur. Upon entering Santa, look for signs directing you to Northern Luzon Heroes Hill National Park, located at FFM2+CRF.
Bus

For those traveling by bus, go to the bus terminals in Metro Manila, such as Pasay or Cubao, and take a bus bound for Vigan or Laoag. Make sure to check the schedule and fare rates; they typically range from PHP 700 to PHP 1,200. Inform the conductor that you are getting off at Santa, Ilocos Sur. After arriving at Santa, you can take a tricycle or jeepney to Northern Luzon Heroes Hill National Park. The fare for tricycles is around PHP 20-30 per person.
