Public Transportation
From Manila, head to the nearest LRT station, preferably LRT-1 (Baclaran). Ride the train towards Roosevelt station and alight at the last station. From Roosevelt station, transfer to the MRT-3 line at the North Avenue station. Ride the MRT-3 towards Taft Avenue and alight at the Ortigas station. Once you exit the station, look for the public jeepneys going to 'Taytay'. Board the jeepney and pay the fare. After about 30 minutes to 1 hour, ask the driver to drop you off at the 'Taytay' terminal.

At the Taytay terminal, look for the jeepneys going to 'Baras'. Board one of these jeepneys. The ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes. You can also ask the driver to drop you off at the junction going to Daraitan. Once you reach the junction, you may need to wait for a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to take you directly to the jump-off point for Mount Daraitan. Confirm the fare before getting on.
