If you are driving from Quezon City, take EDSA (Epifanio de los Santos Avenue) southbound. Follow the signs to Manila, and continue until you reach the junction for Roxas Boulevard. Turn left at the junction and drive until you see the Manila Ocean Park on your right, behind the Quirino Grandstand. There is parking available near the entrance, but be prepared to pay a parking fee which may vary depending on the duration of your stay.

To reach Manila Ocean Park by jeepney, board a jeepney heading to 'Lawton' or 'Ermita' from your location. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Quirino Grandstand. From there, walk towards the back of the grandstand where you will find the entrance to Manila Ocean Park. The jeepney fare will typically range from PHP 10-15 depending on your starting point.
