From the Vigan Cathedral (Basilica Minore de San Pablo), head southeast on Plaza Salcedo towards Calle Crisologo. Walk straight down Calle Crisologo, which is a famous heritage street lined with preserved Spanish colonial houses. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with H9GP+G9P, Unnamed Road. Turn left onto Unnamed Road. The Gregoria M. Rivera Memorial Library Historical Marker will be on your right side after a short walk.

If you are at Calle Crisologo, you can also start from the Vigan Heritage Village. Walk towards the main street and head towards the Vigan Convention Center. Once you reach the Convention Center, continue straight until you find Unnamed Road. Turn right onto Unnamed Road, and you will see the Gregoria M. Rivera Memorial Library Historical Marker shortly after.

From the Plaza Burgos, head south towards the Vigan City Hall. Walk past the City Hall and continue straight. As you walk, you will approach the intersection where H9GP+G9P, Unnamed Road is located. Turn left at the intersection and follow Unnamed Road. The Gregoria M. Rivera Memorial Library Historical Marker will be a short distance down the road on your right.
