If you are starting from the Aveiro train station, exit the station and turn left onto Rua de João Mendonça. Walk straight for about 400 meters until you reach Praça da República. At the square, you will see the beautiful canal of Aveiro. Continue walking along the canal, and you will come to the intersection with Avenida de Portugal. Turn right and follow Avenida de Portugal, which will lead you directly towards the monument. After approximately 700 meters, you will find the Monumento a José Estevão Coelho de Magalhães on your left, located in a small park area.
