Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Aveiro city center, head towards Praça do Peixe (Fish Square). From there, walk down Rua João Mendonça until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Rua Dr. Eduardo de Oliveira e Silva. Continue straight until you reach a T-junction, where you will turn left onto Rua Belém do Pará. Follow this street, and you will find Teatro Aveirense located at R. Belém do Pará, 3810-009 Aveiro on your left.

  From the Aveiro bus station, take any bus that goes towards the city center. Get off at the stop named 'Praça do Peixe.' From there, walk straight down Rua João Mendonça until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Rua Dr. Eduardo de Oliveira e Silva. Continue straight until you come to a T-junction, then turn left onto Rua Belém do Pará. Teatro Aveirense will be on your left at R. Belém do Pará, 3810-009 Aveiro.

  If you have access to a bicycle, you can rent one from various bike rental spots around the city. Start from the city center and head towards Praça do Peixe. From there, cycle down Rua João Mendonça, and at the roundabout, take the first exit onto Rua Dr. Eduardo de Oliveira e Silva.
