From the city center of Aveiro, head towards the main Aveiro train station (Estação de Aveiro). Exit the station and walk straight on Avenida Dr. Lourenço Peixinho until you reach the roundabout at Praça da República. Take the second exit onto Rua de João Mendonça, which will lead you to the beautiful canal area. Continue along the canal until you reach the end of the waterway, where you will find signs directing you towards Moldes. Follow the signs, and after approximately a 30-minute walk, you will reach Moldes. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!

Start at the Aveiro Bus Station (Terminal Rodoviário de Aveiro). Purchase a ticket for a local bus heading towards Moldes. Buses usually run every 30 minutes. Once you board the bus, sit back and enjoy the ride, which takes about 20 minutes. The bus will drop you off at the nearest stop to Moldes. From there, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to Panorâmica do Detrelo da Malhada, which is a short walk away.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Aveiro. Start from Praça da República and head towards the canal. Follow the bike paths along the canal, which will eventually lead you out of the city. Continue along the designated cycling routes towards Moldes.
