Walking
If you are in the center of Aveiro, start by walking towards Rua João Mendes. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Dr. Lourenço Peixinho. Turn left onto Avenida Dr. Lourenço Peixinho and walk straight until you see the large square known as Largo da Praça do Peixe. From there, take the main road leading towards Largo Igreja. You will see the Igreja de Santa Maria de Lamas at the end of the square.

To reach Largo Igreja by bus, find the nearest bus stop and catch the bus that goes towards the 'Lamas' route. Make sure to ask the driver if they stop at 'Largo Igreja' or check the bus map. Once you get off, walk towards the church which will be visible as you approach the square.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Aveiro. Head towards Avenida Dr. Lourenço Peixinho and cycle straight until you reach Largo da Praça do Peixe. From there, follow the signs towards Largo Igreja. The route is mostly flat and easy to navigate.
