Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the Braga Cathedral (Sé de Braga), head east on Rua Dom João III for about 300 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenida da Liberdade. Continue walking straight for approximately 500 meters. You will see the beautiful buildings and shops lining the avenue. Continue until you reach another roundabout, where you will take the second exit onto Rua de São João do Souto. Continue walking on this road for around 200 meters, and Largo São João do Souto will be on your left, marked by a small square with benches and trees.

If you are near the Braga train station, you can take bus number 2 or 3 that heads towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Praça da República' (Republic Square). From there, walk towards Avenida da Liberdade, which is about a 5-minute walk. Head straight down Avenida da Liberdade for approximately 600 meters, then take a left onto Rua de São João do Souto.
