Walking
If you are in the center of Cascais, start by heading south towards the beach. Walk along the coastal promenade (Passeio Marítimo) until you reach the end of the Cascais Marina. From there, continue walking along the promenade in the direction of Estoril. The walk is approximately 30-40 minutes and offers beautiful views of the ocean.

From Cascais train station, take the train heading towards Lisbon. The train ride to Estoril takes about 5 minutes. Once you arrive at Estoril station, exit the station and head southwest on Avenida de Sabóia. Continue walking straight until you reach the beachfront area.

Bus
You can also take a bus from Cascais to Estoril. Look for the bus stop located near the Cascais train station. Take the bus number 414 or 417, which will take you directly to Estoril. The bus ride usually takes around 15-20 minutes. Make sure to get off at the Estoril stop, and from there, you can walk towards the beach.
