    From Cascais, head to the Cascais train station which is located in the center of town. You can walk there from most hotels and attractions in a few minutes. Take the train towards Lisbon (Cascais Line). The journey to Cais do Sodré station takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré, transfer to the metro and take the Green Line towards Telheiras. Get off at the 'Baixa-Chiado' station and transfer to the Blue Line towards Santa Apolónia. Alight at the 'Alameda' station and switch to the Red Line towards the Airport. Finally, get off at 'Oriente' station. From Oriente, it's a short walk to the Marina Parque das Nações, located at Edifício da Capitania, Passeio Neptuno.
