From the center of Cascais, walk to the Cascais Bus Station (Estação de Autocarros de Cascais). Take the bus number 403 towards Lisbon. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Lisbon bus terminal (Campo de Ourique), exit the bus and head towards the nearest metro station, which is Rato. Take the metro towards São Sebastião and transfer to the blue line. Get off at the 'Alameda' station. From there, take the green line towards Cais do Sodré and get off at 'Anjos'. Walk approximately 10 minutes to reach R. Marques da Silva, where Miradouro da Penha de França is located.
