Walking
If you are in the Cascais town center, head towards the Avenida da República. Walk along this avenue until you reach the intersection with Rua Fernandes Thomas. Turn left onto Rua Fernandes Thomas and continue straight. When you reach the end of the street, you will see a set of stairs leading down to the beach area. Follow the stairs down, and as you walk along the promenade, you will soon see Praia da Rainha to your right. The beach is located in a small cove, so it may not be visible until you are close.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Cascais train station, you can take bus number 403 or 414. Board the bus and get off at the 'Cascais Centro' stop. From there, head towards Avenida da República and follow it until you reach Rua Fernandes Thomas. Turn left, walk straight, and follow the stairs down to the beach area. You will find Praia da Rainha to your right as you approach the water.

Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Cascais promenade which runs along the coast. Cycle westward along the promenade towards the Boca do Inferno (Hell's Mouth) area. Continue straight until you see signs for Praia da Rainha, which will be accessible via a small path that leads down to the beach. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on your pace.
