Walking
If you are in the Cascais town center, head towards the Avenida da República. Walk along this avenue until you reach the intersection with Rua Fernandes Thomas. Turn left onto Rua Fernandes Thomas and continue straight. When you reach the end of the street, you will see a set of stairs leading down to the beach area. Follow the stairs down, and as you walk along the promenade, you will soon see Praia da Rainha to your right. The beach is located in a small cove, so it may not be visible until you are close.

From the Cascais train station, you can take bus number 403 or 414. Board the bus and get off at the 'Cascais Centro' stop.
