Walking
From the Cascais town center, head toward the Cascais train station located on Avenida de 25 de Abril. Once at the station, take the train to Lisbon (Lisboa). The journey will take about 30 minutes. When you arrive at the Cais do Sodré station in Lisbon, exit the station and walk towards Rua do Comércio, then head to Rua da Prata. Follow this street until it leads you to the Praça do Comércio (Commerce Square). From there, look for the tram 28 stop. Catch tram 28 in the direction of Martim Moniz. Get off at the stop 'Carmo', which is just a short walk from Chafariz do Carmo. The landmark is located at Largo do Carmo 4.

Start at the Cascais Bus Station on Avenida de 25 de Abril. Take the bus number 403 to Lisbon (Lisboa). The bus will take approximately 40 minutes to reach Lisbon's center. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Lisbon, walk towards the Praça do Comércio. From there, take tram 28 towards Martim Moniz. Get off at the 'Carmo' stop. The Chafariz do Carmo is just a short walk from there, located at Largo do Carmo 4.
