After about a 15-minute walk, you will reach Praça da República, where you can find the Pelourinho de Sintra.

At the Cascais bus terminal, take the bus number 417 towards Sintra. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the Sintra stop near the center. From there, walk towards the historical center, which is about a 10-minute walk. You will find the Pelourinho de Sintra in Praça da República.

If you are close to the center of Cascais, you can enjoy a scenic walk towards Sintra, which is about 10 kilometers away. Follow the coast along the promenade until you reach the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. From the entrance of the park, head north towards Sintra. This walk may take around 2 hours, but it offers beautiful views along the way. Once you reach Sintra, follow the signs to the historical center and find the Pelourinho de Sintra at Praça da República.
