Continue straight onto Rua da República, and then turn left onto Avenida de São Sebastião. Walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the bus station, Terminal Rodoviário de Évora. From there, take the bus to Nossa Sra. de Guadalupe (check the local bus schedule for times). Once you arrive at Nossa Sra. de Guadalupe, walk approximately 1 kilometer northwest along the main road until you reach the Great Dolmen of Zambujeiro, which will be on your right.
