Walking
Start at the center of Lamego, near the Lamego Cathedral. Head south on Rua da Liberdade towards the Igreja de Santa Cruz. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto N226. Follow N226 for about 5 kilometers. You will pass through scenic countryside. Once you reach the village of Arouca, look for signs directing you to Aldeia da Paradinha. Follow the signs until you see Cano-Rafting - NaTour Way located at Aldeia da Paradinha, 4540-063 Arouca.

From Lamego, walk to the Lamego bus station (Estação de Autocarros de Lamego). Take a bus towards Arouca. Ensure you check the schedule in advance, as buses may not run frequently. After arriving in Arouca, exit the bus terminal and ask locals for directions to Aldeia da Paradinha. It is approximately 5 kilometers from the bus terminal, so consider taking a taxi or walking if you feel comfortable. Look for Cano-Rafting - NaTour Way once you arrive in Aldeia da Paradinha.
