    Start at the center of Lamego, near the Lamego Cathedral. Head south on Rua da Liberdade towards the Igreja de Santa Cruz. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto N226. Follow N226 for about 5 kilometers. You will pass through scenic countryside. Once you reach the village of Arouca, look for signs directing you to Aldeia da Paradinha. Follow the signs until you see Cano-Rafting - NaTour Way located at Aldeia da Paradinha, 4540-063 Arouca.
