Getting There

    Start your journey at the Lamego Cathedral (Sé de Lamego) located in the city center. From the cathedral, head south on Rua de Santo António. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach Praça da República. At the square, take the road leading to Rua dos Três Reis. Follow this road for about 300 meters until you come to a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto N2. You will continue on this road for about 1 kilometer. After this, you will need to take the bus to Arouca.

    From the bus stop near Praça da República, take the bus to Arouca. The bus ride typically takes around 30 to 40 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance to plan your departure. The bus will drop you off at the Arouca bus station.

    Upon arriving at the Arouca bus station, exit and head northwest on Rua Dr. José Pereira until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Rua da Praça. Continue straight for about 250 meters until you reach the main square, Praça Brandão de Vasconcelos. Doces Conventuais de Arouca is located at this square, at number 4540-118. You will find it on your right-hand side, identifiable by its sign and the delicious smell of pastries.
