To reach Praia do Guincho by car from Lisbon, take the A5 motorway towards Cascais. After approximately 25 km, take exit 10 towards Cascais. Follow the signs for Cascais and merge onto the N247 road. Continue on N247 for about 10 km until you reach the Praia do Guincho turnoff. Follow the signs for Praia do Guincho, and you will find parking available near the beach. Keep in mind that there may be parking fees depending on the season.
