From central Lisbon, make your way to the Cais do Sodré train station. You can take the metro (Green Line) to Cais do Sodré. Once at Cais do Sodré, purchase a ticket for the Fertagus commuter train towards Setúbal. This train will take you across the Tagus River to the Seixal area. The journey takes approximately 20-25 minutes. Get off at the Seixal station.

After disembarking the train at Seixal station, exit the station and head south on Rua da Liberdade. Turn left onto Rua da Alegria and continue straight until you reach the waterfront area. Follow the signs towards the river, where you will find the beautiful promenade along the riverbank. Keep walking along the water until you reach Poça do Mata Sete, which is located nearby.

Alternatively, from central Lisbon, you can take the metro to the Praça do Comércio station. From there, take a bus (Bus 101) from the nearby bus stop towards Seixal. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the Seixal stop, then follow the walking directions provided above to reach Poça do Mata Sete.
