If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Funchal, the capital of Madeira. Take the VR1 highway towards the north. After approximately 20 minutes, take the exit towards ER110. Follow ER110 for about 15 kilometers. You will find signs directing you to Miradouro Molinas. The viewpoint is located on the left side of the road. Parking is available nearby. Be cautious of the winding roads and ensure you drive safely.

To reach Miradouro Molinas via public transportation, first take a bus from Funchal to Ribeira Brava. You can catch the bus from the main bus station in Funchal. The journey takes about 30 minutes. From Ribeira Brava, you need to transfer to another bus that goes towards Encumeada. Ask the bus driver to let you know when to get off for Miradouro Molinas. The stop is located near the viewpoint on ER110. After disembarking, it's just a short walk to the viewpoint. Note that bus schedules may vary, so check the latest timings.
