Car
If you're traveling by car, begin your journey in the town center of Nazaré. Head northwest on Avenida da República towards Rua 1º de Maio. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the coastal road (N242). Follow the N242, which will take you alongside the beach. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Praia do Norte. After approximately 3 kilometers, you will arrive at Praia do Norte, which is located at coordinates JW77+WM. There is limited parking available near the beach, so be prepared to walk a short distance.

Public Transportation
To reach Praia do Norte via public transportation, start at the Nazaré bus station located at Rua da Liberdade. Look for the bus service that heads toward Praia do Norte. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Praia do Norte. From there, it’s a short walk to the beach. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the bus station, which will also take about 10 minutes and will cost approximately 5-10 euros.

Walking
If you are staying in central Nazaré and prefer to walk, head northwest on Avenida da República towards Rua 1º de Maio. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the coastal road (N242). Turn left and follow the coastal path for around 2 kilometers. This scenic walk will take you directly to Praia do Norte. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, as it can be a bit of a trek.
