If you are in the Boavista area, start by locating the main thoroughfare, Avenida da Boavista. Head southwest towards the intersection with Rua de Serralves. Continue along Avenida da Boavista until you reach the entrance to Parque da Cidade do Porto (Entrada Boavista), which is just a short 10-15 minute walk away. Look for the park signage along the way.
Public Transport - Tram
From any point in Boavista, locate the nearest tram stop for Tram Line 1 (the historic tram line). Board the tram heading towards the direction of Passeio Alegre. After about 5 stops, disembark at the 'Casa da Música' stop. From there, it’s approximately a 10-minute walk to the park entrance. Head towards Avenida de Boavista and follow the signs to Parque da Cidade do Porto.

Find the nearest bus stop and check for bus lines 200 or 203, which travel towards 'Parque da Cidade'. Board the bus and travel for 2-3 stops, then disembark at the 'Parque da Cidade' stop. The entrance to the park will be directly in front of you; just follow the signs to the entrance.
