Train
From Sintra train station, board a train heading to Lisbon (Lisboa). The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Disembark at Rossio station in Lisbon. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Praça dos Restauradores.

Walking
From Praça dos Restauradores, head east on Praça dos Restauradores towards Avenida da Liberdade. Take a left onto Avenida da Liberdade and walk straight until you reach Rua da Conceição. Turn right onto Rua da Conceição, and then take a left onto R. dos Douradores. Continue walking until you reach number 16, which is Boost Portugal - Urban Thrills.

Metro
After arriving at Rossio station, you can also take the metro. Head to the Rossio metro station (blue line). Take the metro towards Santa Apolónia and get off at the next stop, Baixa-Chiado. From there, follow the signs to the exit, and then walk towards Rua da Conceição. Turn left onto Rua da Conceição, then left again onto R. dos Douradores. Walk until you reach number 16.

Alternatively, after reaching Rossio, you can take bus number 758 from Praça dos Restauradores towards Estação do Oriente. Get off at the stop 'Largo da Graça' and walk straight down Rua da Graça. Turn right onto R. dos Douradores and walk until you reach number 16, the location of Boost Portugal - Urban Thrills.
